At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. This is ok, however you need to remember that we do need you to follow the guidelines for return.

....A bit of legal jargon first !!

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where applicable and where the item has been unsealed. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping). Otherwise, we can accept returns of 'the complete product', which is unused, in an "as new" condition, in its original box and in a condition where we can re-sell the item.

Faulty items or incorrect items

Our customer service team will guide you through our Returns Policy if required and where relevant provide you with a printable return label by email, if the item is deemed to be faulty or incorrect. We normally require a photo of the faulty product before we can arrange a return/collection. However we understand that in some cases a photo of the product will not represent the damage or fault.

How do I arrange the return of the faulty/incorrect item?

To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely (preferably in its original outer box, unless damaged), attach your return label and send it to us with the delivery note (invoice) inside so that when we receive it (within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered) to you or, in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, we can then expedite your refund.

"I don't need it now", or "I've ordered the wrong item"

Contact Ziggy Art customer service using the link below within 7 working days after the date that the item was delivered to you to log your intent to return the item & discuss the return. Or simply return the item to us, if it is an unwanted gift, It must be returned within the specific time-scales if not required any more.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, however this is your decision. Please note that you will be responsible for losses during return transit or for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order,then subsequently receive the item back, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Any incurred outgoing (us to you) costs will not be refunded.

"How quickly will I get my money back"?

We normally process your return on a Friday. This means that all returns during the preceeding 6 days are collected up for processing on the Friday. We then have to open each package, check the return for damages, errors and then complete the process of refunding monies. the item is then restocked ready for resale. We always retain the right to implement a restocking charge in unusual circumstances.
